Terms and conditions
A minimum of 3 days notice must be given by the client for cancellation of a recording session. If less that 3 days' notice is given, a sum equivalent to 50% of the cost of the booked session will be due. Should the client cancel a booking without notice on the day of the session he will be required to pay for the session in full unless the management agree that mitigating circumstances are applicable.
The management reserve the right to cancel or re-arrange any session for which a deposit has not been paid, and the client will be notified at the earliest practical time. In the case that a booked recording session for which a deposit has been paid is cancelled by NRS for reasons beyond the control of the management, an alternative booking will be made at the earliest opportunity and the deposit will be transferred to secure that new booking.
Full payment should be made at the end of each recording session unless otherwise agreed with the management ahead of the session. Except with the producer's discretion, recorded materials or other products will not be released to the client unless all outstanding payments have been settled.
Bookings made for a rehearsal session are not generally subject to receipt of a deposit.
NRS do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to equipment brought into the studio. Any damage caused by clients to the fabric of the studio or the equipment therein is the responsibility of the person in whose name the booking has been made and costs of repairs, where applicable, will be charged accordingly.
Recordings and any other original work made at NRS remain the property of NRS. NRS accept no liability for recordings made of copyright work which may be subsequently used for gain or sold by the client without permission of any copyright holder.
