Shopping basket – there isn't one. Once you have chosen the products you want, email me directly with the number and the size, if applicable. Use the product number to be certain of ordering the correct item.
Payment – when I receive your order email, I will arrange a Paypal invoice to be sent to you by return email. Don't worry if you don't have a Paypal account, as you will have the option to pay by credit or debit card. When payment has been received, I will arrange the delivery.
Delivery – I will have your purchase in the post very soon, but please allow 28 days for delivery. If you need delivery for a specific date, please let me know with your order email, or as soon as possible after that, and I'll do what I can to make it happen.
Postage & Packing – these costs are shown next to the price tag and relate to postage for the one product only, within the UK. If you order more than one, I will pack them together and the postage costs will be less than the multiple. This will be reflected in the Paypal invoice, but if you want confirmation of these costs before you pay, please let me know with your order email. Where items need to be delivered outside the UK, please email me for postage and packing costs.
Returns – If you have any problems with the product you receive, email me in the first instance detailing the problem, then return it to me, in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Clothing items which have been worn cannot be refunded, so please check sizes carefully when ordering.
You have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered, but this doesn't apply in the case of emailing a track or download to you.
You are responsible for the costs of returning items to us unless we delivered them to you in error, or if they are damaged.
Once I receive notice of your order cancellation, I will refund the relevant part of the purchase price together with the normal postage charge. I can not refund any priority or express postage charges.
Privacy – If you have emailed me to make a purchase from the shop, unless you advise me otherwise I will assume that you may be interested to hear news of the studio and will add your email address to our database for our own publicity purposes. This database will not be used for any other purpose, and will not be shared in any way. If you prefer not to have your email address included in this way, please let me know by email.
