With Spike behind the photography it was an inevitable move to incorporate these additional services. Spike has been working as a photographer for the last few years and with plenty of practice he is also happy to help out in teaching or explaining aspects of photography to those interested in furthering their abilities.

The photographic studio itself contains 3 main strobe lights, two with softbox and the other set up as a highlight strobe with barndoor and honeycomb filter. There is also a less powerful set of similar lights that are kept on site just incase of any problems with the main set. The backgrounds we use are: Black, White and Blue currently, but depending on demand we do look into getting hold of others should a project require something different.

Shooting with a Canon Kiss x4 Spike has a fair collection of lenses ranging from 18mm through to 300mm, each one however does have its individual uses that it is best suited for.

Within the studio we hold occasional group shoot events available to anyone that is interested. The usual layout comprises of a couple of models and guest photographers. The day is perfect for local photographers of all levels to meet other like minded people and get the chance to work with and shoot models that they may not have otherwise had the opportunity for. Portfolios and Albums
Here at NRS we offer the chance for any member of public or families to come down for a photo-shoot with specific very competitive package deals we can give you an opportunity to try your hand at modelling, to update your portfolio, or provide a shoot with the family to keep in an album or for some shots on your wall at home. Our deals are constantly changing so if you are interested please send us an email and we shall pass on information on all of the current deals and any other bits of relevance
